Angelica Mandy currently resides in Bath, England, but she has previously lived in Lamu, Kenya. She frequently visits London where her father lives. Angelica lives with her mother and half-sister, Jesse Mandy (22) and their two cats, Punky and Mushy. Mandy currently attends Royal High School, Bath's Sixth Form College.

In 2006, Mandy went on a weekend trip to London with friends Rachel Scott and Grace Symington and to T4 on the beach. In 2007, Mandy went to St. Tropez with Rebecca and the Tait Family. 2007 - 2009, she has attended Glastonbury and Reading music festivals with her family and best friend Rebecca Tait. In early 2009 Mandy stayed in Ibiza with friend Rebecca and partied with singer James Blunt. During October of 2009, Mandy accompanied her mother, Wendy, to New York City.
Angelica Mandy has appeared in three different movies at present, one of which has yet to be released, and is said to be excellent at drama. After school, Mandy plans to have a gap year, then further her acting career or aspire to be a casting director or actress. She definitely wants to pursue a career in the Film Industry. A friend of Mandy's has confirmed that she received quite a large amount of money for her 2005 role as Gabrielle Delacour in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
In 2004, Mandy appeared in the movie Vanity Fair as a young version of Reese Witherspoons' character, Rebecca 'Becky' Sharp. The filming of the movie occured when Mandy was 11 years old, and opened when she was 12. The opening scenes involve Mandy's character, including one-on-one screen time with veteran actor Gabriel Byrne, until Witherspoon's older version of the character takes over the role.
Mandy's most notable role to date is her 2005 appearance in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire as Gabrielle Delacour, sister of Tri-Wizard Champion Fleur Delacour from Beauxbatons Academy. She appears throughout the movie, although namely during the second task of the Tri-Wizard Tournament. Angelica was 12 years old during filming, and 13 when the movie premiered.
She is to reprise her role as the French Veela, Gabrielle Delacour, in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. She finished her filming in early August of 2009, and the movie is due to premiere in November of 2010. Mandy will appear in the 'Wedding' scene alongside Clemence Poesy, Bonnie Wright, Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson. While filming Deathly Hallows, Mandy allowed her friend Rebecca to visit her on set.
